Job Description

We create compelling animations and interactive experiences for well-known brands and children’s entertainment. Our work spans various platforms, including TV shows, advertising campaigns, AR apps, and 2D and 3D animations. Our team is dedicated to storytelling that captivates and delights audiences of all ages.

Are you a creative character designer with a passion for bringing imaginative characters to life? Join our team to design 6-10 unique characters for a music video aimed at kids and families. The characters include a young girl, a duck, an ogre, a dragon, a witch, and several generic people.

As a character designer, you will create detailed 2D character designs with a focus on translating them into 3D models. You will develop front and side T-pose images, as well as dynamic action poses and expressions, while collaborating closely with our team to ensure characters are engaging and suitable for animation. Draw inspiration from styles like Zog or Room on the Broom by Magic Light Pictures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in character design and illustration.
• Expertise in creating character turnaround sheets and expressive poses.
• Experience working on TV series or animation projects.
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Toon Boom).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to work independently while managing deadlines effectively.
• Concept development experience is a plus.
