Job Description

Workonomics is partnering with a health-tech company dedicated to enhancing the patient experience through technology, covering everything from diagnosis to medication delivery. The company is seeking their first Product Designer to improve their three core systems: patient-facing, clinic-facing, and pharmacy operations. The role involves redesigning various flows in the onboarding process to streamline the patient journey and tackle significant improvements in managing medication subscriptions. Accessibility is a key focus, ensuring the unique needs of patients are catered to effectively. This position is ideal for a Mid-Level Product Designer who wants to take ownership and create meaningful solutions that can significantly impact both the company and its patients.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess skills and experience in UX, UI, and Figma, with a strong emphasis on accessibility. They should be prepared to work in a hybrid setup or remotely within the UK and have a level of experience suitable for a Mid-Level Product Designer.
