We are looking for a talented Animator who loves multiplayer, social, and competitive games, and is passionate about creating games that connect players in innovative ways. At Haven, we are currently developing Fairgame$, an action PvPvE game for PlayStation 5 and PC. We seek a Senior Level Designer to join our team at Haven, who is excited by the challenge of creating new game IP.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with the team to establish the animation style and project requirements.
• Assist in the integration, testing, and debugging of animation data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop prototypes and animation systems.
• Provide feedback on animation tools and pipelines.
• Receive and implement feedback to ensure animations meet quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Some experience working on AAA games or equivalent projects.
• Proficient in keyframed and mocap animation skills.
• Basic understanding of animation theory and techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the human body and facial anatomy.
• Familiarity with animation schematics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively illustrate ideas.
• Passion and ambition for creating high-quality games.
