Job Description

We are looking for someone who has a passion for editing and telling amazing stories. The Hawks Studios Senior Video Editor will work closely with the Director of Content to lead the creative editing execution and style for key projects. This role involves producing various content types, from high-energy arena hype videos to documentary-style storytelling. You will help shape the visual identity of the Atlanta Hawks video content and be part of an exciting and dynamic group. This role is based in Atlanta, GA and does not require travel outside of Atlanta Hawks office locations/occasional on-site editing in the greater Atlanta area.

Requirements

• Over 4-5 years of editing experience in a professional environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Expertise in color correction of LOG footage.
• Intermediate knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience with file-based production and post-production workflows, including proxy editing.
• Familiarity with Iconik and Adobe Workfront.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in Professional/Collegiate Sports highly preferred.
• Familiarity/Passion for NBA and the Sport of Basketball.
