With over 7 billion views in just 2.5 years, we have made a substantial impact in the digital content world, delivering captivating and authentic street interviews that resonate with a global audience. Our upcoming campaign with a leading dating app is launching in September, and we are seeking a charismatic presenter to be the face of this exciting project.

Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic, confident, and humorous presenter who excels at engaging with the public. Your role will involve approaching people on the street, sparking conversations about dating, relationships, and the dating app, and capturing their responses in a fun and genuine manner. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled communicator but also someone who can effortlessly draw out candid and engaging responses from those they interview.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct spontaneous interviews with the public across various locations in Manchester.
  • Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere that encourages open and honest discussions.
  • Ensure interviews align with the campaign’s objectives and the brand’s tone.
  • Quickly adjust to different situations and respond dynamically to the interviewee’s energy and responses.
  • Work closely with the production team to achieve the best possible outcome for each interview.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a presenter or in a similar role, particularly in street interviews or public engagement.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sense of humour and the ability to put people at ease.
  • Confidence to approach and engage with strangers.
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond dynamically during interviews.
  • A passion for understanding people’s stories and drawing out the best in them.

Contract Details

Contract Duration: Temporary contract for the duration of the campaign, expected to run throughout September 2024.

Working Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to fit the campaign schedule.

Location: Interviews will take place across various locations in Manchester, with potential travel to nearby areas as needed.

Compensation: £18-£20 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Legal & Compliance

Right to Work: All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Health and Safety: The presenter is expected to adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations during their duties, including safe equipment setup and ensuring public safety during interviews.

Insurance: Street Interviews Limited will provide public liability insurance. Alternatively, the presenter may be required to have their own public liability insurance.

Consent for Filming: The presenter must obtain clear verbal or written consent from all interviewees before filming, including permission to use the footage for the campaign.

Data Protection: The presenter must adhere to all data protection laws and company policies when handling personal data from interviewees.

Content Ownership: All content created during the campaign will be owned by Street Interviews Limited and the partnering dating app. The presenter agrees to waive any claims to copyright or other rights to the produced material.

Confidentiality: The presenter must maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of the campaign until its official release.

Non-Disclosure: A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be required before the commencement of the contract.
