Job Description

As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of sustainable mining practices. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a significant impact on the Sustainability/Environmental industry transition towards greener and more responsible operations.

Your key responsibilities will include architecting and developing scalable software solutions in Python, taking ownership of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and working in an Agile environment to implement and improve application architecture continually.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in Python development and software architecture.

- Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

- Experience in designing RESTful API architecture that is scalable and maintainable.

- Strong understanding of best practices and methodologies for development, including code standards, reviews, and build processes.

- Ability to critically engage with project challenges and offer constructive solutions.

Additional Information

Base Location: United Kingdom – Hybrid – Multiple locations - 2 days per month onsite

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 + benefits + bonus
