Job Description

This is an opportunity for a Product Designer to work 100% remotely on a long-term contract basis. You will collaborate alongside talented teammates from diverse backgrounds to identify customer problems and opportunities, develop a strategic UX vision, and communicate that narrative across the business. Your responsibility will include leading a cross-functional team through a user-centered design approach, culminating in the execution of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user experiences that validate business and user goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience crafting experiences for complex consumer-facing products or e-commerce companies.
• A current portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design thought process and style (link must be on your resume).
• Vast experience designing solutions from user, business, and technical insights.
• Experience driving and helping establish design processes.
• Experience working closely with a software delivery team, preferably using agile methodology.
• Previous JIRA experience.
• Ability to excel through ambiguity, asking questions, and solving problems without strict direction.
• Self-starter with a collaborative problem-solving desire.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Expert-level knowledge of tools like Sketch, Figma, Invision, or similar products.
• Ability to create UX artifacts from large complex systems (e.g., IA, wireframes, journey maps).
• Strong curiosity and desire to learn about the community of designers and developers.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to innovate.
• BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI, Design, or a related area.

Benefits:

• Rate: $55-65 Per Hour W2
• Duration: Long-Term Contract
• Compensation ranges are typical at the time of hire and can depend on experience and skill sets.
