Position: Application Developer

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid, 3 days onsite required)

Clearance: Must be eligible for DOD Top Secret (Active DOD Secret or higher preferred)

Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00

Type: Exempt

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking an Application Developer to support a new ITSM initiative for one of our existing contracts. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy custom web applications aimed at collecting data from customers for submission to ITSM systems (e.g., Ivanti Neurons, Cherwell, Remedy, ServiceNow), ensuring system redundancy is maintained.
• Design internal ITSM and external web-based automation workflows to streamline tasks according to changes in the organization’s business rules.
• Configure SLAs, escalations, ITSM roles, and priority matrix definitions to establish SLA hierarchies for request escalation.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and SLAs during web pages, scripts, and server-side code development.
• Prepare operational metrics and format data using tools such as Excel and MS Power BI to provide insights.
• Conduct ITSM system updates and data migrations as necessary.
• Coordinate front-end UI/UX and server-side development to meet software customization requirements.
• Embed pages into SharePoint Web Parts and make necessary modifications for alignment with organizational requirements.
• Develop RPA solutions to automate manual tasks.
• Create ETL applications using .NET for data manipulation and upload.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in information technology.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in using recognized ITSM systems like Cherwell, ServiceNow, Remedy, or Neurons.
• Must have or obtain Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in embedding pages within SharePoint.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as SQL, PowerShell, VBScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with ASP.NET for web application development.
• Familiarity with the Drupal content management system.
• Knowledge of 508 compliance standards for web accessibility.
• Ability to set up websites and configure authentication methods such as SAML.
• Understanding of the .NET Framework and its components.
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Desired experience with Resolve Automate platform.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
