Job Description

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. At Monzo, we’re waving goodbye to the complicated ways of traditional banking and focusing on solving problems rather than selling products. We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future, enhancing user engagement and driving product innovation. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment and leverage analytics and experimentation to make data-driven decisions that benefit our users and the company.

• Solid grounding in SQL, Looker, and preferably Python.
• 3-4 years of experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments, ideally as part of a product team.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, turning data into accessible stories for stakeholders.

Additional Information

Our interview process includes a chat with a recruiter, an initial call with the hiring manager, a take-home task, and final interviews involving a case study and collaboration interview. The average process takes around 2-3 weeks, and we accommodate your availability.

For candidates needing relocation, we can help with moving to the UK and visa sponsorship. This role can be based in our London office or as a remote position within the UK, with flexible working hours and a learning budget of £1,000 a year for professional development.
