Job Description

Known is looking for a talented and multidisciplinary Sr. Designer/Animator to join the Design team. This role is crucial in conceiving innovative design and animation executions across various mediums including digital, print, social, UX/UI, visual identity systems, and video. The position focuses on creating and executing designs for presentations, templates, and internal assets. Candidates must be based in either NYC or LA and be available to work from the office for at least 2 days a week.

Requirements

Education: BA in design or a related field.

Experience: 5-7+ years of professional design experience at an advertising agency, design firm, or in-house creative team.

Skills:

• Experience in brand design and animation with a solid understanding of best practices across key disciplines such as social, web design, and visual identity systems.
• Superior design eye with knowledge in brand design, type, layout, image composition, and infographic design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Figma, and Google Suite.
• Ability to work quickly while remaining detail-oriented across multiple projects.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability to changing hours and demands, and ability to develop options for quick project changes.
• Self-driven and passionate about design and advertising.

Additional Information
