Creating a futuristic game city

Concept Artist is needed in Germany.

I am looking for a concept artist for my company to help create a unique design for a futuristic game city, focusing on handcrafted visuals without the use of AI. The project will be ongoing and is intended for the long term. I need someone with ambition and creativity who can design each quarter of the city, along with characters, all set in a vision of the future where humanity has thrived.

The artist will need to be present in Dresden, Germany, for part of the project. I am open to receiving offers based on the artist’s experience level, with a preference for beginner to junior level. The primary aim is to build a world with a strong emphasis on audio and visual elements for a mobile game.
