Job Description

TCI’s programs blend hands-on, engaging activities delivered in a streamlined, flexible online platform that provides immediate feedback for teachers and students. K-12 students actively engage with the product in ways that make social studies and science memorable, allowing teachers to deliver lessons with minimal prep time and students to gain a deep understanding of the content. With more than 1 million users, it has a significant impact nationwide.

Responsibilities include conducting user research, collaborating with user proxies to wireframe new feature ideas, evaluating proposed features, and auditing features for accessibility and usability.

Requirements

• At least three years of UX design experience.

• Extensive experience with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.

• Experience with using and maintaining a design system.

• Plus: Knowledge of web accessibility best practices, including WCAG 2.2+.

• Plus: Knowledge of conducting user research.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is between $42.00 to $52.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, job-related experience, and location.
