Job Description

The main function of a UX/UI Designer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through an understanding of end-user needs. The role involves engaging with the business development team and/or customers early on to deepen appreciation of their business problems and goals. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, coordinating software system installation, and monitoring equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. Additionally, the designer will design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of designs.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.

- 5-7 years of experience required.

- Must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship.

- Software skills required: Figma, MS Office, Jira.

- Strong communication skills.

- User-centric design flow and prototyping skills.

- Experience in software design and development, as well as professional UI development.

- Experience with data-driven UI development.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Portfolio must be included with the resume.

Additional Information

- Duration: 6 months contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.

- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

- Location: 100% remote work acceptable.
