Job Description
The candidate is expected to be hands-on with web services and server-side experience. You will analyze business requirements, interact with different business teams, and be a part of the solution design process. Your responsibilities will include working on JavaScript, Node.js, and NoSQL, developing APIs/components, and scaling applications and database infrastructure processes. You will partner with the Kore.ai team for the development of new conversational AI virtual assistants across various industry domains, primarily working on high-traffic and real-time enterprise applications. Furthermore, you will engage in Agile methodologies, design patterns, and software revision control systems while working in an innovative and creative environment.
Requirements
Must Have Skills:
- 4+ years of solid development experience, particularly on open-source platforms
- Strong expertise in JavaScript & Node.js
- Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework for building enterprise-grade bots
- Knowledge of Dialogflow for conversational interfaces
- Experience with Rasa for automated text and voice-based conversations
- Proficiency in Botpress for bot-building with a visual flow editor
- Skills in JSON, Redis/MongoDB, and Web Sockets
- Experience with web services using REST and SOAP
- Knowledge of various authentication and authorization techniques
- Strong code documentation and handover skills
- Good knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, Client, Gen AI, and Chat bots (added advantage)
Other Skills We’d Appreciate:
- Experience with the git version control system
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix flavors
Education Qualification: Graduate in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications
