Job Description

This is a temporary position based in Raleigh - Wake County, specifically located at 430 North Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC 27603. The role involves working as a video editor for Boards and Commissions, focusing on transforming raw footage into finished videos using various editing tools and software. The hourly rate of pay for this position is $31.25, dependent on education and/or years of relevant work experience.

The video editor will be responsible for cutting and assembling recorded footage and audio, merging content from multiple sources, creating titles and motion graphics, performing color corrections, and editing audio tracks as needed. Additional tasks include creating and editing captions, shooting video and producing content, and managing production deadlines for efficient mobile and web distribution.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of video editing and post-production experience
