All-Round Renovation is a very successful, local decorating company operating exclusively in East Dulwich and its surrounding areas. The company has built a strong reputation through word of mouth and recommendations, emphasizing the importance of delivering excellence consistently. Each project presents an opportunity to secure more work.

• The role involves working as a freelance painter and decorator.

• Some projects will require teamwork, while most will be carried out independently.

Requirements

• A reliable and decent individual who honors commitments.

• Extensive knowledge of all steps involved in a decorating project, allowing for trust in independent work.

• Ability to adapt to three different levels of preparation (Minimum, Medium, Maximum) and a strong attention to detail.

Additional Information

• Day rate: £120-160, based on experience.

• Flexible scheduling is offered; the company will check availability to book work as needed, but once booked, the commitment should be reliable.

• Potential for 3-6 months of work a year if performance is satisfactory; excellent individuals could expect near-permanent work, as seen with previous long-term employees.
