Job Description

AllSTEM Connections is hiring for a Senior Professional, Instructional Designer for one of our prestigious clients in an onsite role located in Irving, TX. This is a W-2 contract position with an hourly rate of $45, and it includes a temp-to-hire option. The Senior Professional Instructional Designer will lead the creation of engaging, transformative instructional content for global enterprise teams. This role requires a deep understanding of digital learning techniques, theory, and learning deployment tactics to develop creative experiences that drive learning of knowledge, development of skill, and even behavior change. The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders including business teams, leaders, HRBPs, and other COEs to design digital learning solutions that align with business objectives and learner needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Deep instructional design experience; ideally, 5+ years of digital learning design experience.

Facilitation experience preferred.

Knowledge of ADDIE development process; expert knowledge of digital authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.).

Ability to troubleshoot SCORMs and LMS integrations.

Experience in corporate learning, performance consultation, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with learning platforms (Workday’s LMS preferred), and experience with Learning Dashboards & metrics.

Proven ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues, employing diplomacy to achieve outcomes.
