Audio editor required for file splitting

Twine is looking for an audio editor to assist with a file splitting project.

You will be provided with audio files that simply need to be split into smaller files based on when there is a pause in the speech. This will be in extremely large quantities.
The project is a text to speech audio collection and file splitting is required for delivery to the end client.

Please quote cost per hour of audio that is to be split and weekly expected hours that could be assigned to the task.
