Job Description

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Tech Enthusiast & Codebase Explorer: Minimum 2 years of experience in PHP.
- Startup Pro & Chaos Champion: Experience in small teams or startups with a “get sh*t done” mentality.
- Rebel Coder & Growth-Oriented: Open-minded and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Learning Mindset: Passionate about technology and continuous growth.

The Hard Skills Needed:
- Solid understanding of PHP, Laravel, and Lumen. Knowledge of MySQL; familiarity with Javascript is a plus.

- Proven track record in startup or small business environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in customer service.
- Adaptability to new challenges and opportunities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
- Passionate about testing methodologies like BDD, TDD, and automated testing.
- Experience with AWS considered a bonus.
- Mentor mindset to guide less experienced team members.
