Job Description

As the new Senior Events Producer reporting to the Head of Production, you will oversee the pre-production and delivery of all production elements for virtual and live meetings. You will travel globally as our projects are delivered worldwide. Your role requires expertise in both production and technical aspects to ensure high-quality event delivery and sustainable client relationships. The office is based in Manchester, but we operate on a hybrid working model.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build positive client relations throughout the project.
  • Manage client contact, lead all communications, calls, and meetings.
  • Obtain and understand the client project brief.
  • Identify and manage the project solution and scope.
  • Careful project management of all deliverables and deadlines.
  • Prepare technical specifications for supplier quoting.
  • Prepare relevant crew documentation with the technical team.
  • Create, manage, and reconcile budgets.
  • Create Health & Safety files and run H&S briefings on-site.
  • Lead the delivery team and crew, including web technicians, during live shows.
  • Maintain lead client contact and accountability throughout live show delivery, including management of client rehearsals/presenter briefings.
  • Liaise with content owners, speakers, and PowerPoint designers as required.
  • Create technical running orders and other required documentation.
  • Book crew, travel, and accommodation as necessary.
  • Ensure continuous learning across the team after each project closure.
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders and across Inizio Engage service lines.
  • Embrace new processes and offer ideas and solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings, reviews, and supplier visits.
  • Embrace the agency’s vision and values.
  • Follow Inizio Engage’s code of business conduct and comply with all company procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience of live event production in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent project and people management skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally and work away from home.
  • Experience with live streaming platforms.
  • Experience in vendor assessment and management.
  • Experience in project/production management roles.
  • Experience in supporting clients to meet objectives and build engaging sessions.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace and onsite.
