Job Description

IntePros is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer for one of our clients, a leader in the health insurance industry, within the Greater Philadelphia market. The role will have onsite responsibilities in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in diverse environments and applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. This role requires a proactive leader capable of influencing high-impact decisions and managing a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement web solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for web applications.
• Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience working with AWS Connect and implementing IVA/IVR solutions.
• Understanding of AWS services and architecture, including Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Experience programming in Angular, JavaScript, or Java for customization and automation.
• Understanding of networking, security, and data privacy principles in cloud environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing chat solutions using AWS services like Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Amazon CloudWatch for tracking and analyzing AWS Connect performance.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AWS Connect and IVA/IVR systems.
