Role: Social Media & Content Manager

Experience: 2-3 years managing social media in a consumer-facing business
The Mind Collective specializes in marketing solutions for SMEs, start-ups, and challenger brands across FMCG food, drink, and consumer goods. We offer a comprehensive range of marketing services including strategic planning, digital marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, and more. Our clients include brands such as Kraft Heinz, Golden Acre Foods, and Bang Curry, among others.
This role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, involves hands-on day-to-day management of organic social media channels for key clients including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years working in a key social media role for a brand or consumer-facing business.
- A passion for brands and marketing.
- Proven creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player attitude, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage workload, meet multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and pride in work.
- People management and development skills.
- Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.
- Current right to work and live in the UK without sponsorship or visa requirements.
