Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Post Producer to join our growing team in Glasgow. As we aim to expand our services in the feature film industry, we require an experienced and enthusiastic professional to oversee and coordinate all aspects of post-production for high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with producers, directors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Create and maintain post-production schedules and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments including editing, VFX, sound, and colour grading.
  • Oversee quality control for all deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new feature film clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in post-production, with a focus on feature films and/or dramas.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows and technologies, ideally specifically focused on DI.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling software.
  • Strong network within the UK film industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international co-productions.
  • Knowledge of UK tax incentives and funding structures for film production.
  • Knowledge of Baselight, Avid, Adobe, Flame, and workflows between each.
