Job Description

Contract Creative Producer - September 2024 to June 2025

Part time, 30 hours/week.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute our print and digital placements.
• Work with print and photography production vendors and alongside Redfin’s internal design and marketing teams.
• Model excellence in your craft.
• Know how to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders all with a collaborative and creative spirit.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of relevant professional experience at an agency or in-house creative team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of design and print principles related to advertising and marketing channels required.
• Ability to present creative concepts effectively to senior executives.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility in leading projects and timelines from creative development through to execution.
• Willingness and ability to be reactive, flexible, and resourceful under tight deadlines.
• Experience using Asana for project management.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative executions scaling across multiple marketing/brand/advertising channels.
• Experience working with data driven deliverables.
• Experience in photography production is nice to have.
