Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sound Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio production and possess the technical expertise to enhance sound quality for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sound equipment for events, performances, or recordings.
• Set up performers’ mics and ensure sound quality for shows.
• Conduct sound checks to ensure audio levels are correct.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with sound systems.
• Collaborate with producers and performers to achieve desired sound outcomes.
• Maintain and store audio equipment properly after each use.

Requirements

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Sound Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating soundboards and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with video editing, photography, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Knowledge of software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Contract length: 2 days

Pay: £8.44-£10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

Additional pay: Performance bonus
