We are currently seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for creating engaging marketing collateral for print and web, as well as designing compelling social media content. Your creativity and attention to detail will help bring our brand to life across various platforms.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with web design tools (Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD) and an understanding of UX/UI principles is preferred.
• Experience with (or directly transferable skills for) website and landing page design, HTML, email template design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UX/UI design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print collateral.
• Create visually appealing web graphics, including website banners, landing pages, email templates, and digital ads.
• Develop engaging and on-brand social media content, including graphics, infographics, and animations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of UX/UI design elements for our digital platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
