Job Description

Mainsail Media is a digital media company with a focus on corporate video production and real estate media. We are seeking a talented Photo/Video Editor to work on a retainer basis, allowing you to work on other projects outside of your scope here at Mainsail Media. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and possess strong technical skills in photo editing and video production.

Duties:

• Edit and retouch photos to meet quality standards, with an emphasis on HDR photo blending.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure visual consistency.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom and other editing software.
• Take ownership in video editing from long form to social media reels.
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets.
• Contribute to the development of creative concepts for visual projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Experience in photo editing, video production, and video editing.
• Knowledge of 2D animation and cinema is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Because we offer 24-hour turnaround time on several offerings, ability to work flexible schedules is preferred.
