Job Description

A brilliantly creative and hugely ambitious, central Birmingham-based marketing consultancy is looking for an exceptionally creative Senior Designer to join its expanding team. This agency’s approach is unlike any other, utilizing a model that uncovers the details of a brand, its audience, and its values, leading to the creation of powerful brand propositions, brand assets, and standout campaign work. Having experienced huge growth over the past few years, the agency has recruited and developed a team of strategists, marketeers, and creatives who are always ahead of the game. This role offers the opportunity to work on exceptionally creative campaigns that truly resonate with audiences.

As their new Senior Designer, the candidate will be responsible for working on a range of client campaigns and branding projects across both print and digital channels, which include web design, social media posts, POS, and on-pack designs. The role requires crafting ideas into incredible designs and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. The candidate will also have the opportunity to present their design work, bringing their visions to life.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Agency background with experience working with exciting brands across various sectors.
• Extensive experience as a designer, capable of creating beautiful and impactful designs for both print and digital touchpoints.
• Adept at taking an idea and bringing it to life across all design mediums.

Additional Information
