Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate team player with real confidence in their creative execution. The Creative Designer role is a key position within the company moving forward. You will help us build on our strong and established reputation for delivering excellent well-thought-out creative solutions to our clients’ marketing needs. As a Creative Designer, you will work closely with our clients and Creative Director to produce high-level work across digital, print, and environmental touch-points.

We seek great creative talent with a strong portfolio who has a passion for delivering high-level creative projects. You will have experience in developing unique and impactful branding systems and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will participate in a relatively small team and work on all kinds of jobs, big and small, from large brand development projects to simple digital asset design, as well as designing deliverables within existing brand guidelines.

This role is studio-based at our Newcastle studio and is suited for someone who loves their work, has a passion for their craft, and has the ambition to develop within a dynamic role.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.

• Experience in developing impactful branding systems and campaigns.

• Ability to work on various jobs—from large brand development to simple digital asset design.

• Understanding of designing for the web (beneficial).

• Experience with web build tools such as WordPress and WIX (beneficial).

• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for creative work.
