Videographer is needed in Nigeria.

I need a senior videographer to create a promotional video for our payroll platform. This project is a single job that requires the expert to be present at a location in Lagos, Nigeria, for part of the work. The project should be completed within the best part of a week, and I am looking to allocate a budget of $150 for this task.
