Job Description

Paradyme is looking for a remote Generalist 2D/3D Artist who will be creating a wide range of assets that match the style of our Smash franchise games. You will collaborate with a lean and dedicated team of developers across multiple applications for mobile and PC. Additionally, you’ll work with product owners, marketers, and programmers to create promotional material, content, and new features for our games.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing at Paradyme?

• Produce artwork to support our games and products
• Create 2D work for user interfaces and promotional materials
• Create both low and high-poly 3D models
• Create textures for 3D models, be able to UV texture your models & render scenes with adequate lighting
• Character animation and rigging
• Implementing game assets into the Unity game engine

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Self-motivated with good organisational skills
• Display knowledge of shape, colour and composition with a good general art foundation
• Knowledge of Photoshop
• Knowledge of Blender or Maya
• Knowledge of Unity
• The ideal candidate should be a generalist with experience in graphic design, traditional 2D skills & 3D skills
• Shader Graph and CG/HLSL experience would be beneficial
