Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) with a specialization in video platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing user-centric interfaces for our innovative AI-powered video platforms, including current and future products. This role will involve a mix of product design, digital design, and branding responsibilities, with a strong focus on enhancing user conversion rates and overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design efforts for our AI-powered video platforms, focusing on improving user conversion rates and overall user experience.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviours and preferences, leveraging findings to inform design decisions.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal teams, user testing, and usability studies.
• Maintain consistency in design across various platforms and devices, including web, mobile, and social media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience designing for video platforms or similar multimedia applications is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Experience with branding and digital design is a plus.
