Job Description

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and possess expertise in video editing software. This role involves editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting, utilizing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere. The Video Editor will also incorporate photography elements into video projects and use Final Cut Pro to refine video content while collaborating with the team to ensure the final product aligns with the client’s vision. Additionally, managing and organizing video files efficiently is crucial.

Requirements

Skills required include:

• Proficiency in any editing software to create long and short form content.
• The ability to create eye-catching thumbnails would be advantageous.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively while being assertive when necessary to improve the work.
• Excellent attention to detail to deliver high-quality video content.

Additionally, there is potential for filming as required, so being comfortable around cows would be an advantage. Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in video editing.

Additional Information

This is a part-time, freelance position with a pay range of £20,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year. All applicants will have the opportunity to meet/chat with the hiring team, and may be asked to edit a video (long or short form) as part of the application process.

Work location is in person.
