Job Title: Creative Designer

Job Type: Full Time

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Dubai

Must-haves: Loves Christmas, has a knack for creative concepts, well-versed in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), and must have 5 years of work experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer.

Responsibilities

• Christmas Presentations: Create and develop themed presentations highlighting Christmas collections; collaborate with the sales team; iterate designs based on feedback; implement and improve ideas.
• Rendering: Use industry-standard software (3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create detailed 2D/3D renders; ensure accuracy in scale and proportion; apply colour theory for visual appeal.
• Produce quality marketing collaterals for both online and print; ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule; establish creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions; stay updated on current market trends; consult with clients and the internal creative team to determine design requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Male or Female
• A University graduate, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or Marketing
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max) and advanced Photoshop skills
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design
• Well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Strong understanding of scale, proportion, and colour theory
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and efficiently
