Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience producing 3D animation for games, with several released products.

• Proficiency in traditional animation concepts and 3D animation software.

• Understanding advanced rigging techniques.

• Expertise in creating state machines for animation.

• Knowledge of technical aspects of engines related to animation, such as compression, memory, and performance.

• Understanding of storytelling fundamentals including composition, editing, and pacing.

• Ability to work efficiently according to art direction without supervision.

• Proven ability to make assertive decisions that positively impact project outcomes.

• Interest and proficiency in technically implementing all aspects of animation in games.

• Strong communication skills and effectively provide technical feedback.

• Ability to switch seamlessly between animation software and engines.

• Knowledge of scripting for process automation.

• Understanding the technical aspects of organizing and optimizing pipelines and animation tools for new projects.
