We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. Although we operate in-house, our team functions like a creative agency, managing several group brands and delivering high-quality content across various platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced marketers, brand managers, content creators, and SEO specialists to create visually stunning content for social media and marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to projects that bring our brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Work closely with the brand manager to develop and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
• Collaboration: Partner with the content manager to create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Innovation: Pitch new ideas for using graphic design to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Video Production: Lead the production of video content, including directing shoots and managing post-production editing for use across social media and company websites.
• Design Work: Design and produce a variety of digital and printed materials, such as infographics, leaflets, emails, and web designs.

Requirements

• Education: A degree or higher qualification in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience in both graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar software), and a good understanding of video studio setup, including lighting and audio recording.
• Understanding: A solid grasp of how graphic design supports branding and business objectives, with experience in creating both digital and print collateral.
• Attributes: A strong desire to learn and adapt, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
