In this role as a Narratives designer for a fast-growing business application product, you will work alongside your manager and peers, partnering closely with the product team including leadership, PMs, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering. Your goal will be to create assets that effectively communicate the product’s vision, mission, and roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your day-to-day duties will include building presentation decks, crafting customer and partner demos, creating product UI mockups, supporting video/motion pieces, and designing business-critical communication assets.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in visual communications design, product and/or user experience design

• Minimum of 1 year FIGMA experience

• Word Design experience

• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work with a solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and grids in line with accessibility standards

• Interest and eagerness to learn and incorporate business storytelling best practices as well as human-centered design, and processes into daily workflow

• Ability to think creatively and critically about ambiguous design challenges

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present your work to peers across disciplines

• Ability to own and drive projects independently as a design SME, with the humility and courage to ask for help when needed

• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in a complex and highly technical product space

• Fluent in current design tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe CC, etc., and have an understanding of leveraging design systems

• Experience with animation, video editing, prototyping, and 3D visual work (C4D/Blender) is not required but is strongly desired
