Job Description

Are you an experienced 3D Designer who has worked in the retail space and has an interest in Sports/Fashion? We want to hear from you! We are working with a fantastic client, a Leading Global Brand Activation Agency, who collaborates with some of the biggest named brands in the world. Due to the growth of an account with a leading sports fashion brand, a new role has become available. We are looking for someone who possesses a great understanding of Retail Activation Campaigns and the Customer Journey throughout, starting from Window Displays to the In-Store Physical Environment and beyond. You should have space awareness, a passion for pushing creative boundaries, and a dedication to delivering consumer-first designs throughout the full retail consumer journey.

Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively with all levels of 3D and Creative Designers.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Participate in creative ideation sessions.
• Conduct creative check-ins on job progression.
• Demonstrate sketching and scamping capabilities prior to 3D building.
• Provide creative referencing with a wide understanding of different 3D build in-store materials.
• Create creative presentation decks with specific 3D build annotations.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience required:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good knowledge of 3D design applications (3DS Max/Blender etc).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business requirements.
• Self-starter and effective problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and openness to feedback and collaboration.
• Experience in retail campaign design in both 3D concept and 2D creative.
