Job Description

Our client, a global telecommunications company that helps transform over 46,000 companies’ mobile communications, is seeking an all-rounder Product Designer to join their design team. The successful candidate will bring innovative and fresh ideas to aid in the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product and engineering team.
• Conduct market research to identify market gaps and analyze how new products can satisfy market needs and consumer preferences.
• Perform user testing, research, and user journey mapping.
• Produce wireframes, sketches, and prototypes.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet constantly changing customer needs.
• Design for both app and web platforms.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Figma.
• Experienced in both UX and UI aspects of design.
• Ability to design products (both app and web) end to end.
• Experience in the agile product management framework.
• Strong collaboration skills within a cross-functional team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ideally, have a background in SaaS.
