Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate our brandâs visual identity and create compelling designs that resonate with our audience. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and remote work on Wednesdays.
Purpose of Role:
As a Graphic Designer at Sofa Club, your mission will be to bring our brand to life across various platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project. Youâll collaborate closely with both the e-commerce team and the content team to design engaging web pages and create striking graphics for a range of marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop visually striking graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and print.
- Design and develop content for the website, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and enhancement of user experience.
- Maintain and evolve Sofa Clubâs visual brand identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to design engaging and user-friendly web pages.
- Work closely with the content team to produce creative assets that align with brand strategy and marketing goals.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, on-message, and delivered on time.
- Adapt and resize creative assets for various formats and channels.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Sofa Club remains visually innovative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing and managing your time.
Expectations:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience in following brand guidelines.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience in web design, particularly focused on e-commerce and conversion optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for creativity and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
