Job Description

ADP is hiring a Content Developer to create content that simplifies complex, technical information for both internal and external clients. This role involves collaborating closely with Compliance, Development, and QA teams to design and produce various content types, such as help instructions, release notes, and training guides. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and possess a strong understanding of payroll tax concepts.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in content development
• Excellent communication and editing skills
• Proficiency with common writing tools, including Microsoft Office, and RoboHelp or another help content development tool

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payroll tax department or documenting payroll tax software
• Knowledge of HTML for developing website and help content
• Experience in an agile development environment
• Degree in Technical Writing/Communications or English (preferred but not required)
