Requirements

As a Product Designer reporting to the VP of product, Strategy & Corporate Development, you will:

• Drive discovery by researching the market, and interviewing customers and internal teams to help define solutions for the “problems to be solved”.
• Develop hypotheses and find ways to validate them quickly and in a cost-effective way. Help us bet on the right things.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity design prototypes.
• Work with the engineering team and share responsibility for testing once features are implemented to confirm that expected behaviour is achieved and limit the potential for bugs and/or user error.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and product management to contribute to the strategic direction of the business and oversee the user experience from conception until launch.
• Build a data-informed culture by seeking out and organizing both qualitative and quantitative data, and help the business make better data-informed decisions.
• Additional tasks as delegated or deemed necessary, corresponding to your skill set and existing role responsibilities.
