Requirements

As a Product Designer reporting to the VP of Product, Strategy & Corporate Development, you will:

• Drive discovery by researching the market, interviewing customers and internal teams to help define solutions for the “problems to be solved”.
• Develop hypotheses and find ways to validate them quickly and cost-effectively.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity design prototypes.
• Work with the engineering team and share responsibility for testing once features are implemented.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and product management to oversee the user experience from conception until launch.
• Build a data-informed culture by organizing both qualitative and quantitative data.
