Job Description

Brio Digital is searching for a talented Content Designer to join our client’s team on a contract basis (inside IR35). You’ll work on a national health programme, developing clear, concise, and engaging content across multiple channels such as websites, social media, and marketing materials.

As a Content Designer, you will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create seamless omnichannel experiences. Your role will involve conducting user research and A/B testing to understand user needs and optimize content performance while staying updated with content marketing trends and best practices. You will also manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high quality.

Requirements

We are looking for a Content Designer who has:

• Proven experience as a Content Designer, ideally within a public sector setting through GDS.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for capturing attention and telling compelling stories.
• Understanding of marketing principles and SEO best practices.
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Passion for creating content that resonates with audiences.
