Job Description
We are building the next $100M revenue Fintech company, founded in Europe, and are dedicated to assembling the most talented team from diverse backgrounds. Our goal is to deliver world-class software products that provide true value to our enterprise customers, including Expedia, Chubb, and XPO. With ambitious growth plans, we are currently generating approximately $35M in revenue and have about 250 employees worldwide, making us an exciting and established Fintech company.
Our teams are structured into small, autonomous squads that include a Product Manager, Technical Lead, engineers, and dedicated QA. We work within an Agile framework, focusing on strategic customer-centric projects. Additionally, we have Guilds for engineers to explore specific technologies and market trends. You will be part of the User Experience team, helping to shape our flagship SaaS product through collaboration and structured Design System frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers to adhere to Design System guidelines.
- Assist in creating and maintaining UI components, patterns, and style guides.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of the Design System.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Design System based on user feedback.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes aligned with the Design System.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage and deliver design projects from end-to-end.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects with a focus on Design Systems.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and proficiency in Figma.
- Eagerness to learn and apply Design System principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Experience in analysis, critical thinking, usability tests, and information architecture. Ability to organize complex information into wireframes.
Bonus Traits
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with version control systems for design files.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies.
- Experience in Figma.
