I’m an independent barber, running Sal the Barber, offering premium grooming services. I’m looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow my personal brand, showcase my work, and engage with my clients online. The goal is to create engaging content that highlights my haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and the products I use (e.g., Layrite, Proraso).

Key Responsibilities:

•	Content Creation: Capture and post high-quality photos and videos of my daily work, including before-and-after shots of clients and grooming techniques.
•	Platform Management: Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, focusing on local engagement and increasing followers. Respond to DMs and comments to enhance customer interaction.
•	Marketing & Promotions: Create content that promotes appointment availability, special offers, and new services.
•	Analytics & Strategy: Track social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
