Job Description

As a Senior Producer on a 12-month contract, you will play a vital role in the Marketing team that shapes the future of interactive entertainment. Your responsibilities include providing strategic recommendations and leading marketing initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership, specifically reporting to the Senior Franchise Lead Producer of Execution. The Marketing team focuses on building content, culture, and community around renowned brands including The Sims, Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FC, Apex Legends, and Battlefield.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute marketing assets including key art, design systems, and video.
• Daily tracking of marketing assets and approvals.
• Filter and clearly summarize stakeholder feedback.
• Initiate music licensing and composition requests with EA’s music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits.
• Partner with studio producers to understand game asset availability and integrate these assets into marketing projects.
• Perform quality control checks on all outgoing assets.
• Lead discussions and meetings with senior partners across Brand, Dev, Comms, Strategy, Campaign, and Production.
• Communicate creative vision to production partners and update stakeholders, occasionally across multiple franchises.
• Manage and mitigate risks throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 9+ years experience in a related field.
• Ability to distill complex plans down to essential milestones.
• Experience in high-pressure production environments, with an ability to effect change and reduce friction.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to navigate collaborative challenges and maintain a positive team environment.
• Understanding of production workflows and ability to predict long-term effects of creative decisions.
• Experience in live-action, post-production, and brand-direct work.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
• Proficient knowledge of production tracking tools: Asana, Frame.io, Airtable, and Shotgrid.
