Job Description
Red Rover Interactive is an exciting new game development studio founded by industry veterans from renowned companies such as Funcom, Lockwood Publishing, Bohemia Interactive, and Ubisoft Reflections. We aim to reimagine the multiplayer gaming landscape, particularly in crafting groundbreaking survival experiences that emphasize player agency and drama.
We are seeking a Junior Social Media & Content Manager to assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of social media trends and analytics. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills in social media management and content creation within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include developing, writing, and curating engaging content for various social media channels, acting as a brand ambassador, creating visual content, scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, building relationships with social media partners, tracking social media metrics, and collaborating closely with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Content creation skills and familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Photoshop, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative drive with a passion for storytelling and digital content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or managing a successful personal brand or content channel.
- Independent self-starter with creativity and a passion for the games industry.
