This role will be essential in helping the day-to-day running of a busy photographic studio. From supporting with photographic/video requirements or basic production tasks, this role will help ensure the smooth running of the studio production process. Bringing photographic, video, or editing skills to the studio will help craft a career in any direction. Working together as a small studio team to ensure the most efficient day-to-day studio workflow.

Responsibilities

As our Junior Photographer you will be responsible for:

• Supporting wider studio team on any studio production tasks
• Assisting the Photographer with any shoot requirements, including lighting setup, test shoots, and acting as a Digital Operator on certain shoots
• Supporting the Studio Production Manager in wider production management tasks (scheduling, booking resources, day-to-day studio planning)
• Shooting basic photography/video requirements
• Supporting the wider creative team on campaign/social shoots

Requirements

To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• A background in photography or video
• A good eye for detail and willingness to develop creatively
• Ability to work well under extreme pressure and change
• Awareness of industry fashions and trends
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and great interpersonal skills
