Potlikker Documentary Film in Gujo
Cinematographer is needed in Japan.
We are collecting the story of a local Udon Noodle Restaurant. Shooting inside the kitchen and watching the noodles being made, the family working together, guest arriving, and interviews of 3 generations. I’ve seen how modern society often undervalues cooking, dismissing it as mere labor. But cooking is more than just the physical act; it’s a connection to heritage, history, and legacy. It blows me away to think that when our elders pass on, so too might their cherished recipes. The stories behind those dishes die. Our history dies. And with them, an irreplaceable part of our cultural fabric is lost forever. We are here to collect them.
